How to Add Dynamic Content to WordPress with Mautic

Dynamic content is a powerful way to personalize your WordPress site for users. When using Mautic, it’s easy to integrate dynamic content into your WordPress site by following these steps.

Steps to Add Dynamic Content

1.Enable CORS on Your Mautic Instance

Configure your Mautic (or Mailertizer-hosted) instance to allow Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) from the domain where your WordPress site is hosted. This is essential for the dynamic content to load correctly.

2.Create the Dynamic Content

In Mautic, go to Dynamic Content and set up the content you want to display on your WordPress site.

3.Ensure It’s Not Campaign-Dependent

When creating the dynamic content, make sure it’s set to function independently of any campaigns. This ensures it will display without requiring specific triggers.

4.Add a Referrer Name

Assign a Referrer Name to the dynamic content. This name will be used to identify the content block in your WordPress site.

5.Insert the Code in WordPress

Add the following shortcode to your WordPress post, page, or widget where you want the dynamic content to appear. Replace referrer_code with the Referrer Name you set in Mautic:
